Heading home from the club
Quick stop to have a portrait shot, I didnt spend much time shooting each person,
probably 30mins tops, we plotted the route and shots before hand,
making it quick and easy for the sitters.
These were shot over 2 winter mornings in Tokyo, Japan.
You dont get much shooting time in winter, the sun stays low and it pretty much drops by noon,
it isnt dark, but its lost its magic somewhat.
The clean morning sunlight bounces off windows and cladded buildings making them
perform like huge photo reflectors.
Shot on Kodak Portra 400 NC film - 120 format , Mamiya 6 medium format camera,
(that I bought from one of the great used camera stores in Japan).
